As customer expectations evolved, the brand sought to elevate its digital shopping experience to better reflect the sophistication of its products. We partnered with Rare Rabbit to redesign key parts of the e-commerce experience with a focus on usability, engagement, and conversion, balancing fashion storytelling with commerce, simplifying discovery across a large catalog, improving mobile shopping, and reducing purchase friction.

Project goals
Rather than cosmetic changes, we focused on a customer journey that felt intuitive from the first visit through checkout, built on research rather than assumptions.
Discovery combined a UX audit, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, journey mapping, and a mobile usability review to surface friction points. Our strategy centred on four principles: make discovery effortless, reduce cognitive load, highlight the premium nature of the products, and improve the path to purchase. We refined the information architecture, redesigned the homepage, collection, and product pages, and gave particular attention to mobile, all backed by a reusable design system.


Result
The redesign strengthened Rare Rabbit's digital presence with a shopping journey that better reflects the brand while making browsing and purchasing more intuitive.
