Hyper Foundation / Hyperliquid
Hyperliquid is redefining decentralized finance, combining the speed and usability of centralized exchanges with fully on-chain infrastructure on its own purpose-built Layer-1 blockchain.
Scope of work: we designed two connected surfaces for the ecosystem, the Hyperliquid trading web app where users trade, and the Hyper Foundation website at hyperliquid.xyz, the platform's public marketing and vision site. As the ecosystem expanded beyond perpetual futures through the Hyper Foundation, both experiences needed to evolve together. The challenge wasn't another crypto interface, it was making sophisticated DeFi feel intuitive without compromising the power professional traders expect: accessible advanced trading, real-time data at scale, trust in decentralized infrastructure, and performance balanced with clarity.

Project goals
The project needed more than visual refinement, combining product thinking, information architecture, and complex data visualisation to shorten the distance between intent and execution.
Our strategy centred on four principles: reduce complexity without reducing capability, surface critical information first, improve trading confidence through clarity, and create consistency across both surfaces.
On hyperliquid.xyz, the Hyper Foundation site: we restructured navigation across trading, staking, governance, and developer resources, and redesigned the marketing experience to introduce the platform's vision before its technical detail.
On the trading web app: we rebuilt order entry, charts, leverage controls, position management, wallet flows, and the portfolio dashboard around speed and readability, across desktop and mobile.
Result
Hyper Foundation and Hyperliquid gained a more cohesive digital experience across both the trading web app and the hyperliquid.xyz marketing site, communicating the platform's technological strength while making sophisticated DeFi more approachable.
The refined information architecture on hyperliquid.xyz simplified onboarding for new users, while redesigned trading workflows in the web app improved efficiency for experienced traders. Clearer data presentation, streamlined navigation, and consistent interaction patterns reduced friction throughout, and aligning both surfaces under one unified design language strengthened Hyperliquid's positioning as a high-performance Layer-1 ecosystem with a scalable foundation for future products and governance.
