We do not claim any ownership over client project assets.

  • Work begins once the required kickoff payment or retainer is received.

For subscription and ongoing services, billing and cancellation terms will be provided separately.

OpenRipples may request permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing channels. We will never publish confidential or sensitive materials without approval. If you wish to restrict portfolio usage, notify us in writing.

We may use third-party platforms or tools during service delivery. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of those third parties. Any platform-specific terms will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenRipples will not be liable for:

  • Third-party claims

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to OpenRipples for the specific engagement.

10. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes from design, development, or strategy recommendations. Performance results depend on broader business variables including marketing, operations, and product decisions beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services at our discretion. For paid projects, mutual termination policies will be defined in the project agreement or discussed in writing.
